What to Prepare

Requirements

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Each client we work with has their own specific needs, but across the board they're looking for experienced professionals who can hit the ground running. Real-world experience is a must, not a bonus.

While each role may differ, here are the baseline qualifications we look for in candidates:

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Able to articulate ideas clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Comfortable communicating across platforms: video calls, phone, email, and chat

Professional Experience (you should meet at least one)

  • 1+ year of remote work experience (freelance or full-time)
  • 1+ year of experience working directly with international clients or companies (US, EU, AU, SG, etc.)

Minimum Tech Requirements

  • A reliable laptop or desktop that can handle day-to-day tasks
  • A stable internet connection, with a backup plan in case of outages
  • A backup power source to minimize disruptions during blackouts (if applicable)
